Shipping Policy
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Address accuracy | Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from startfun.store. An incorrectly entered addresses can delay or prevent shipment. |
Delivery time | After you place an order on startfun.store, your order will generally take 24-48 hours to leave our warehouse. Warehouse operational hours are Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally leave our warehouse Monday, the first business day of the week. Once your package has been picked-up by the carrier you can obtain delivery information directly from them – see Tracking Your Package below. We'll inform you if some circumstances is beyond our control, such as natural disaster, force majeure, etc.. |
Shipping costs | Shipping costs will depend on the shipping option that you choose and the weight and dimensions of the item(s) you have purchased. If you purchase multiple items they will be shipped together. |
Tracking your package | Using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation e-mail you can check the status of your delivery with the carrier. Your tracking number can also be found when you create an Account on startfun.store. Your tracking number will be within the ‘MY ORDERS’ section of your startfun.store Account. Please see our shipping restrictions below for more information. |
Shipping restrictions | Due to certain shipping restrictions and requirements, we cannot ship products outside of the contiguous USA, to P.O. Boxes, to APO/FPO addresses or to Commercial mail boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience. |
Customer service | If you haven't received your order after 14 days of receiving your tracking information, please reach out to our support team for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us as soon as possible at sales@startfun.store. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition for review. We address these on a case-by-case basis but try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. |
